Insurance Plans and Billing Information
Give our office a call to see if we are a provider for your insurance today! Our doctors accept many major medical insurance plans.
Insurance is billed as a courtesy. If your insurer does not pay for your service within 90 days for any reason you are liable for any charges incurred. We will resubmit a claim once if we have been given incorrect insurance information. It is the responsibility of the patient to inform us of any changes in insurance, address, and/or personal details.
Copays and deductibles are payable at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept payment by cash, check, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and Care Credit. .
